We have created a new organisational structure that places the quality of services and human rights of the people we support at the centre.
In November 2022, I announced an interim leadership structure that would be responsible for leading our combined group through the integration of our businesses.
A driving force in the shaping of our organisational structure and teams has been putting the people we support, and the people who deliver those support services, at the heart of all of our decision making.
Being a true services-led organisation continues to be our focus and our long-term strategy.
Our structure represents our focus on service-led, practice-focused delivery with a strong and cohesive Corporate Services to enable us to achieve our future objectives.
Our new operating model includes six functional units and is designed to ensure we are a services-led business supported by our shared functions. The six functions are:
Disability Services
Child and Family Services
Human Rights, Practice and Innovation
Quality and Safeguarding
Strategy and Growth
Corporate Services.
Our new structure will allow us to respond better to the opportunities to expand and evolve our Child and Family, and Disability services. It will enable us to focus on the quality of our services through investing in leadership, practice innovation, and human rights, aligned with our vision as an industry leader. The development of our Corporate Services structure will provide efficient centres of excellence enabling our teams to deliver better outcomes for the people we support, informed by the needs of our services.
I’m excited about the future we all have as part of a stronger group which can bring positive change to the people we support and grow our positive social impact. As we continue this change journey, we are committed to working closely with the people we support, their families, employees and stakeholders.
