Lifestyle Solutions and Possability, two leading independent disability and community service organisations, are excited about coming together as one organisation. With complementary capabilities, philosophy and services, this will enable both organisations to grow their combined potential to positively contribute to the people and communities they serve.

For nearly 20 years, Lifestyle Solutions has been a leading national provider of services and support for people with disability, as well as children and young people in out-of-home care. And with more than 30 years’ experience, Possability is a respected disability and children’s service organisation.

The two organisations’ locations complement each other and they share a commitment to human rights and inclusion, and a passion for enabling people to pursue their potential and achieve what is important to them. The partnership will allow for shared investment in their people and services.

As Lifestyle Solutions and Possability come together, each organisation remains focused on supporting their staff and continuing to deliver high quality services for the people they support and their families. There are no planned changes to services or staffing.

The joining of these organisations with shared values, a commitment to best practice and a mutual dedication to individual client needs, offers an exciting outlook for all the people they support and their respective organisations’ employees.

It has been agreed that Possability CEO, Drew Beswick, will be appointed as CEO of the merged organisation and Lifestyle Solutions’ Chair, Tony Pearson, will be the Chair. This will come into effect subject to approval by Lifestyle Solutions’ members at a special general meeting in October.
