Engaging our people in the process

Updated: Feb 24, 2023

It is critical to the success of the integration that we listen to and learn from the ideas and feedback from employees and also the people we support, families and carers. There will be a lot of consultation about how we come together and any changes that are planned.

We've established the below Engagement Framework to share some of the ways in which we are consulting with our stakeholders.

Engagement Framework

Reference Groups (employees)

Groups for our team members (support professionals/workers, frontline leaders and managers) to provide input on what is working well, test approaches and provide feedback on any proposed changes.

Working Groups (employees)

Established by function and run by a member of the integration team, working groups will focus on building understanding of how things get done today and what the future looks like as we become one team.

Listening Forums (all)

Local engagement to provide every employee, family and stakeholder an opportunity to hear about progress, provide input, answer questions and build relationships across organisations.

Change Network (employees) A network of employees that will help others understand, adopt and embed changes.

Advisory Group (people we support)

People we support will meet with the members of the integration team to provide valuable advice about what is important to them for use in integration plans.

Keen to get involved?

We encourage employees to complete our Expression of Interest Form.
